Technology Process
1. Drill holes according to the designed aperture and designed depth, and clean gravel in hole.
2. Connecting the anchor head and bolt ,insert the hole, Barb hanging at the bottom of the hole.
3. Install stop-grouting plug, anchor plate, nuts. And tighten the nuts.
4. Connect the quick grouting coupling and anchor rod end, connect other end of grouting coupling and grouting machine.
5. start the grouting machine, when Grouting full and reached the design value. Grouting pressure according to the design parameters and performance determine, Cement/sand reference values are: 1:0 ~ 1:1, water/cement reference values are: 0.45:1 ~ 0.5:1
